There were some carpet fibers missing so the pattern needed to be taken into consideration. Kevin came out and talked me through what they can try. He sent 2 of his team out and it was repaired flawlessly. I thought we would have to cut out another hidden piece to swap out, but they were able to rejoin the seam and you can't even tell!
