Booking appt. was easy and fast. Worker called first to let me know what time they would arrive. When 2 gentlemen arrived they were very nice, polite and professional and I felt very comfortable with them. They started & finished the job in a timely manor. Those two gentlemen ended up going WAY above and beyond what was required of them (I had them stretch the carpet also). That ended up being a harder than normal job because of the way my carpet had been tacked down. They took on the task anyhow with no complaints. Some other companies may have just said, no we cannot do that and walked away but not these two. My old dirty (but not worn out) carpet, thanks to Kande Carpet Cleaning and my two men that did the job looks ABOLUTELY wonderful and is good to go for a few more years I hope thanks to Kande Carpet Cleaning.
