Yes, we require a legal adult to be present during the appointment.

Do you clean area rugs?

Yes! Area rug cleaning can also be done at your home, but a concrete or tile area is required. Area rug cleaning cannot be done on hardwood floors, and there are some limitations depending on the type of material. We do not typically clean area rugs consisting of natural fibers due to their delicate nature.

Do you provide carpet cleaning near me?

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Typically, carpets will take 3-4 hours to dry, which may also depend on the type of carpet in your home or commercial property. However, carpet may take anywhere from 3 to 24 hours to dry fully. We don’t recommend heavy foot traffic while the carpet is drying, but light foot traffic is sustainable during this process. It is important to be careful walking on wet carpet, especially if transitioning onto hardwood, concrete, or tile flooring.
Items that help with air circulation, such as fans, are also recommended as an additional tool to speed up the drying process.

How often should I have my carpet cleaned?

Residential and commercial carpet cleanings are recommended at least every 12 months. However, this may be more frequent depending on foot traffic, pets, etc.

Will spots or stains come out with standard carpet cleaning?

Spots and stains require special chemicals to target the affected area, which we do offer as an add-on treatment for both upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning. Please note, we do not guarantee we can completely remove stains or spots, as this is dependent on many factors. Our spot treatment has great success for coffee, wine, and pet stains. We do not treat bleach stains or spots.

Will you move furniture when you clean the carpet?

We do not move furniture. If furniture is present, we will clean high traffic areas around your furniture.
